George IV 4  Gold Sovereigns

George IV was the King of the United Kingdom and of Hanover between 1820 and 1830. He forfeited his title to the crown in 1785 when he married Mrs Fitzherbert, a Roman Catholic. This marriage was later declared invalid and he married Princess Caroline of Brunswick in 1795. George IV was an extravagant monarch and he was responsible for the building of the pavilion at Brighton.
